How can i contact sky without a phone call? I am hard of hearing
I want to contact sky to go back to my previous broadband contract with them as I have upgraded and am not happy with the new service but I am only given the option of a phone call. I am hard of hearing and cant do phone ca;;s

@sadietaylor124 It could be worth considering registering with the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help now or in the future. Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team other than phoning https://www.skyaccessibility.sky/
