How can I actually talk to a person about changing a scheduled visit?

Call 150 from your sky telephone, tell the automated system you have a online fault.

 

Then it transfers you to a human

@AnnKelly if you call in and dont accept offers of texts etc you will be connected to the next available agent. Like evey other company Sky want customers to use the online option if possible.

Hi @Chrisee ,  This wasn't the case for me. It got stuck in a loop asking me to pick an option, no of which were relevant to my issue.

Stay on the line as long as possible and don’t hang up. If necessary say nothing when the automated system asks you what your call is about as it should then route your call into a queue for the next available agent.

Thanks @Daniel0210 ,

Just tried the silent treatment. After repeating the options twice to me and a couple of 'I'm sorry, I didn't get that' prompts it then hung up on me. I've oly just joined and already hate them.
