Just wait ask you guys , I've just signed the contract with Sky. But actually I need a Sky business. How can I swap this out?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Paulina4 I don't think you can "swap" it as the domestic side is completely separate from the business side, I belive you would have to cancel the current service and then join Sky business and wait for a connection date.

I've got broadband connected already. They sent me a hun now ... waiting on it . Should I give them a wee call or something? Thank you

Yes, you'd have to call, but as @daveNOS indicates there may be no mechanism to switch. It's possible you'd have to cancel the current service within the cooling off period and then reorder, which could have a ten working day lead time.
