@Janbob You can print off the labels for the returns here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-tv-broadband, you can also request collection through Royal Mail

Remember to keep your proof of posting.

Once you’ve created your returns label, select ‘book a collection’ on the Royal Mail website and someone will come to your home address to get the package.
