Hi,
I am having speed issues with my FTTP service where rebooting the ONT (NOT the router and I'm fully wired) appears to temporarily resolve the issue.
I am attempting to run the additional diagnostics from the BT Wholesale Speed checker and to do this I need the BBEU or ALID.
How can I obtain these, anyone know ?
Thanks.

Either way i doubt the additional diagnostics on the wholesale website will help you. Perhaps the ONT is faulty if it is that which causes the speed drop rather than the router.

But often, it will only be recognised for input using that other than your address details, if its an actual BT line and not with another provider using the openreach network like Sky.

The BTW site won't recognise my Sky VOIP number and address checker doesn't report these details unfortunately.
No worries, I will contact Sky at some point no doubt....

The second screen after you have entered your postcode and capcha, it presents the list of premises to choose.
Look to the end of each address and it shows it there.

The bt performance tester appears to be perpetually busy anyway. I have never been able to access the additional diagnostics
