How can I move my sky to my new address?

I'm moving houses at the end of the month and need to move my sky there

You need to book a Home Move.

 

https://www.sky.com/moving-home 

 

Note there's a lead time of at least two weeks, so if you mean the end of July then unfortunately you're already looking at a substantial time without service at the new address.
