How can I contact Sky in writing?

How can I contact Sky in writing? I really don't want to spend ages on the phone waiting to speak with someone who will struggle to understand my issue. I've had a long three-month odyssey regarding broadband and I've had enough.

You'd have to go down the Complaints route: any other address would just disappear into the vastness of the Sky corporate infrastructure.

Thanks for the information. Can be irritating when that is necessary. I'm not a complain-ey type, so it feels a bit awkward when someone makes it so hard to contact them by any route besides the complaints route, meaning that you end up using the complaints route to address trivial administrative issues!
