How can I connect a EZVIZ camera to my sky network

I have tried to access my router using 192.168.0.1 but still unable to access so I can add a Ezviz camera. Does anyone know how to add camera to Wi-Fi network as I cannot access router configuration

What is happening when you try?

The screen just freezes, unable to log onto ip address
