House Move and want to upgrade to sky glass

Hi, i currently have broadband in my house but will be moving at the end of the month. i just need guidance as to what to do.

Also, i would like to start a sky glass package, would i be able to add it to my sky broadband or would i have to start a new deal?

Thankyou STACEY

@StaceyronwHave you started the home move process with Sky for your broadband?

You should be able to add Sky Glass as this would be a separate install from your broadband depending on what needs to be done with your broadband if an engineer is needed or if it is just a remote activation.

If someone has helped give them Like.

If you have found this solution helpful please tick this as the answer.

You need to call Sky ASAP to book a broadband Home Move: I suspect you're already well past the point where the transition can be seamless as 'the end of the month' is now only four working days away and typical lead time is more like ten (potentially much longer if the new address is to be provisioned over FTTP)

I'd strongly suggest waiting until the move is complete and broadband is working before even considering that.
