We have been having issues with our broadband/wifi fir a while. It keeps dropping to zero or 0.5 speeds. We have the 1gb package.
This is causing major issues with our EV charger as it keeps dropping co section during the night and stopping the charge.
I did speed tests tonight and it was showing 0.5 download speed but when checking in the sky app it was stating the hub was getting over 600 download speed.
we have 2 phones an iPad a tv the EV charger, hive and a smart meter connected at the moment but during the night when it's dropping connection we don't have most of these devices doing anything.
Any ideas?
