Hello,
We are moving home this weekend and we want to ensure our internet is moved in time.
The virtual assistants link for the home move team does not work.
We are at a loss what to do.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Unfortunately if you haven't yet booked a Home Move there's no chance you'll get service next week: Openreach typically have a ten working day (two calendar week) lead time at best, and often longer if an FTTP installation is involved. You may want to investigate cellular data options to bridge the gap.
I'd suggest you phone Sky rather than trying the online Home Move options (which are pretty poor).
