My home broad band isn't working and tried everything possible to rectify this like I do ..
Any reason for this?
the lights aren't all green and two amber lights on steadily ..
waited thinking it would come up and it hasn't for over 30mins now ...

Same here, done all the normal checks and I have two green lights and the centre one is constant orange.
done the check online with 4G to test the connection at my house and it says all is fine. Not sure if that's because my 4G is ok or not?

Mine is same, one amber light but app tells me there’s a problem then when I test all is fine lol?

Mine too. Power and WiFi light green, voice light amber and no internet light at all, devices say there is a connection problem but MySky app says no issues after health check 🤷♀️
