Since the morning of Saturday 13th of April '24, the Wifi in my house has been messing up. Even though the network was generally restored on Sunday, all the mobile phones in the house has been unable to access any of our social media platforms like Instagram, FB & TikTok. We have been using our phone network data to do so. This has not happened before now and I assumed it would be rectified with time but nothing has changed until today thursday that I am writing this.
I need you urgent help please.

Have you tried checking your Sky Shield settings? They may have been modified, try switching it off

I have tried your suggestion but it has not worked. We are still not able to use social media on sky network at home.
I do hope sky will do something about this as it is lingering for longer than I thought possible.
