Hive not connecting to router

• Hi. My hive hub has been connected to sky router for over a year and no problems until today.  Unplugged sky router for a brief moment and on reconnecting it, hive hub won't re-connect.  Have spoken to hive who just get you to plug/unplug, change ports on router, go round to someone else's house and plug in!!  Any good suggestions?  Thanks
