I am getting a high pitched screaming noise coming from my router. Tried the usual switch off/on which clears it for a couple of hours then it's back again. Can anybody help ?

All Sky routers are solid-state with no microphone, fan or anything like that, so should be entirely silent.
Personally I'd suggest logging a fault with Sky and getting it replaced.

Has anybody ever tried to contact sky you get a bot that does not recognise anything about faulty routers and just send me round and round in circles. What an absolute nightmare. Where habe all the real people gone

I give up there is no facility to report a fault and the bot does not recognise the word faulty. The help sections do not contain faulty equipment areas. It seems sky assume that everything is always working with their équipement.

I have tried again with patience and can still find no place to report faulty equipment. Also I cannot find a telephone number in the help section or email, only the sky bot virtual assistant which does not respond to faulty, fault, error or broken.
my contract expires on the 5th December so that's good news. If anybody can help me out with some advise I would be very grateful.
