High latency/ internet provider has an issue broadband

I work from home and over the past few days have been having issues where I am unable to use my work laptop as it should. My internal IT department have looked into this for me and have determined that my home WiFi has high latency and that the provider has an issue with the broadband. Can you please get this looked into as soon as possible.
