@Abigail261 if its the cable from the mastercsovket or ONT that is cut you can buy a replacement athardware stores or bigger supermarkets take the old one with you so you can buy with the same connecters. If its the wire to the socjket or outside call Sky so they can get Openreach out to repair it.
