Hi, our broadband seems to have a sporadic fault that makes watching Sky stream impossible.

Our broadband keeps dipping out. We can watch Sky stream for a couple of minutes and then loose the stream, pausing the picture. This can takes anything betweeen 10 and 90 seconds to return. This also happens watching videos on iPads and phones,  or streaming music.

These are connected by a mixture of WiFi and network cables. The Wifi signal is not lost, but the broadband connection seems to almost stop for a period and then come back to life.

I've tried all the online tools but am stuck with no resolution. Please can you help?

@Dunkstre   Please can you post your router stats so the forum can advise on any issues. This link explains how to do that https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/How-to-find-your-Sky-Broadband-router-stats/td-p/2855717#

It does sound like poor/weak wifi rather than a broadband issue itself.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
