Hi, our broadband keeps dropping in and out. It’s now happened for 2 to 3 days.


can someone get in touch with me? I broadband keeps dropping out which turns the telly off and also my other half works from home for Lloyd bank and it's crucial that she has her connection for work.

@Corby2- you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum. You can call Sky or if you would like help from forum mrmbers if you have a black hub post your connection stats Find your Sky Broadband router statistics

 

Unfortunately the fact your partner uses the connection to work from home does not increase the priority.
