Hi... my work IT are saying that my internet keeps dropping out... ?

They have asked me to send you a screen shot of the pings showing the drop outs... how do I do this and will this help the investigations?

@Shep16  Do you have a black or white router from Sky?

@Shep16 you can add screenshots to a post by using the camera icon on the tool bar in the window you use to write a post. However unless you have dreadful wifi in your home it is doubtful the issue is poor latency as that is very rare on Sky connections..

 

Do you have the new white WiFi Max hub if you do ask your IT support if Sky's use  of a 1:8 ratio with MAP-T could be the issue if they think it could then post again..
