Hi my internet keep disconnecting every 5 minutes, I can’t watch Netflix, have restart my router

Hi My internet keeps disconnecting, when I am watching something on Netflix it's asking me to restart my router, I do t understand what's going on, please help me.  Thanks

Have you tried doing what it says and restarting the router and does that help? And have you tried leavig the router off for an hour, also try disconnecting and reconnecting via the router interface.
