Hi, my internet has stopped working since 4pm but your system is saying everything is fine. Why?
The internet switched off at 4 and as yet has not come back on. Even though we have tried to reset it from the mains nothing is working. When we have checked the connection on SKY, it is saying everything is fine but it's obviously not! A number members of the family work from home and have either not been able to work or have had to connect to their own hotspots. Both my parents are elderly and have their routine programmes they watch in the evening and have not been able to do so either.

The status check is not real time and only tells you the status from a few hours ago. What area are you from, I'm Chesterfield and it went off just before 4pm. I got it back by powering off for a minute and then powering back on. Not a great solution, means a number of my devices don't work and cause problems with alarms etc.
