Find out more@Katiebodle if your hub is showing it has lost its connection and the online connection test in the My Sky app isnt showing that Sky are aware of a fault affecting your line you will have to call them to report the issue. Unfortunately there has been a major outage on their Sky Stream service so lines are very busy today.
