Hi l am thinking of getting Sky Fibre fitted to a second floor apartment
I am unsure of the process as the digging has been done by open reach ,and how do you get the broadband in the main room ,if phone point in the hall way??.

@Andrew781 in what Openreach call Multiple Dwelling Units but the rest of use call flats they normally install equipement in the block and then run a fibre feed internally to each flat when thecresident orders a service. This extra work often takes time and of course requires the co-operation of whoever manages the building.
You can check the details for your flat by entering your full address in the following checker. This will generate a table with notes below it, if you need help understanding what it means post the table and the first 3 lines of the notes in the forum after removing the reference to your address see Openreach Checker
