Hi ive upgraded my broadband with sky, it keeps cutting out and says my broadband width is to low

I have a sky booster as well, it feels like the new broadband is slower than my orgional sky. I have been with sky for a very long time and rarely had any problems this is frustrating.   It is starting to intrtfere with online meetings etc.

@Minismum5 What you posted are not your router stats, please can you work through the link posted by @Highlinder to the very end to get the stats.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
