Hi im having trouble with my broadband everytime we use the home phone the wifi goes off

Hi im having trouble with my broadband everytime we use the home phone the wifi goes off. Also the wifi goes off every now and again when we walk into another room gets very annoying would say it goes off on average 4 times a day

@lindaann  How is your phone connected to the socket you plug your broadband into? Is it a filtered faceplate or splitter that you plug your broadband and phone into?

It's a splitter in the wall I've taken it out and put it back in see if that makes any difference
