there is no installation
If its glass it is delivered and put on a stand for you. It is then up to you to follow the instructions on how to set up
Sky stream is delivered and again you need to set it up
Sky Q still has engineers that come to i bstall it for you
but as @Exiled-in-HH says you will need to contact Sky
I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

Hi
I am a new customer and have a provisional installation date of the 26th Feb. The issue I have is, we get cut off from Virgin on the 22nd and I work from home, I cannot be down for four days.
Please can we have our system set up (installed) by the end of play 22nd Feb 2024.
Please confirm.
