Hi can anyone assist please? My wifi booster box is not connecting to main hub. ive tried switching everything off, restarting, system reset etc without any luck

@Gwyndaf Would be best to give Sky a call to go through trouble shooting with you and if they find it is faulty then they should send out a new booster to replace the broken one.
