Hi am not tech sav but has any one got an idea if my sky account and broadband has been hacked ?

For 6 weeks now sky have had engineers out and replaced 3 max hubs and also Qbox twice . 

I cant get on to wifi or any accounts online it sounds bizare but can only come up with that I have beeen hacked as loging on to sky I have to change pass word every time. any one know of any hacking going on ?

@guy65 there is no known major hack of Sky's systems so thst is very unlikely to be your issue. When your hub was changed the password and network id will have changed each time so check your devices are connecting to your current hub by checking the label on the base. Also in your devices network settings select the current Sky network and set it to trust the connection so it will connect automatically

If those details are definitely not working you can rest the hub to match those by pressing and holding in the WPS button on the side for 30 seconds. One of the most common cause of settings changing is somebody with access to your network changing settings to annoy you.

Hi thank you for your response , Everything you say to try I have done to no avail , it is quite possible the latter so I will have to deal with that first b4 sorting out my problem ,
