Hi all, I'm having trouble connecting our ps5 via LAN/Ethernet cable, just says it's not connected .

I've tested the cable which is working fine, reset the router and rebooted everything but sadly no joy. Thanks in advance.👍🏻

@ltr666 assuming you have set up the ethernet network as explained in step 3 here https://www.online-tech-tips.com/gaming/ps5-not-connecting-to-internet-14-ways-to-fix/ check that the Sky hub has asssigned it an IP address or if using a fixed iP address for the PS5 that it is in the range 192.168.0.2 to 102.168.0.254 and the gateway address is 192.168.0.1 you also need to  reserve that address on the hub.
