Hi There, We recently set up the sky wifi network in our house. But we don't know the log in details

I only know the user name and password for connecting the wifi. But I don’t know how can I log in to the router because I don't know the log in id and password.

That would typically be Sky Broadband Shield rather than a Hub admin setting.
