Hi Sky, my Sky Q Box isn’t receiving internet and hasn’t done for 24 hours. I’ve completed the WSP reset a number of times. I powered the box down overnight, my WiFi is fine with all other devices, and Sky are saying there isn’t an issue in our area, so logically it must be the box (which I’ve had for a number of years now). Can you help please as I’m paying for a product/service that isn’t working.

Hi there,

 

may thanks for eacalating.

 

I spoke to someone via phone and they have arranged for an engineer to coke out as their tests indicate that tye box is faulty. Hopefully all will be resolved soon.
