Unless you hear something in the meantime I suggest you contact Sky tomorrow by which time they might have received an update from Openreach who update their ISPs overnight.

I understand that. Perhaps delayed at a previous job. Could have been working on the issue at an exchange or the local green cabinet. There's nothing we can do on the forum to explain why they haven't attended your address.

You do realise we are customers on here? You aren’t talking to Sky Customer Services.

@K3817 As this is a customer helps customer forum and we are all customers here what exactly would you expect another customer to do?
You need to call Sky regarding the appointment tomorow as advised.

@K3817
If you definitely need to contact Sky tomorrow then if you already have a Sky Mobile or a Sky Talk landline call free by dialling 150, otherwise you can use:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0818 number.
(The forum doesn’t allow us to type the numbers in full).
You will find that similar to calling other large companies the start will be automated which may also try to send you back to the forum.
Note: We were informed recently the lines were busier than usual and that’s likely to continue for a while.

Re: Hi I was supposed to have an engineer visit today between 1300 / 1800 hrs to fix broadband probl
@K3817 it is pointless calling Sky this evening as they wont know any more than you do until Openreach send them an update over night. Openreach give each engineer a number of jobs in each time slot where one over runs later appointments get dropped and havecto becre-booked. If it's any consolation you will be due compensation for the mised date Customer Auto-Compensation | Sky Help | Sky.com
