If you cancel arbitrarily while within a minimum contract period then Sky will persue you for a penalty fee (typically around 60% of the remaining subscription due)
It's always better to negotiate in such circumstances: ISPs have been known to let people leave if they cannot provide service.

Re: Hi I'm moving to a residential site
What do you mean by residential site?
Could you enter the full postal address of the new property in the link below and post the table after removing the address from the image
https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL/AddressHome
Sky Stream , Sky Superfast, SR203 router, Tp link td w9970 + Asus RT AX58U (backup), Xbox Series X, google home mini, LG 55 inch uhd tv, with Dolbyvision, samsung a5 2017 and samsung s21
If I get it right mark as answered
If I get it wrong humour me
If I say something you like give a thumbs up

Buy more blankets?
It helps if you indicate in what context you are seeking advice.
If you mean a caravan plot without an individual address then it would be extremely difficult for any terrestrial ISP to provide service because they cannot order a wholesale data circuit to such a location.

If sky can't offer the same or any connection you will be free to cancel without any charges
