Hi, I’m having issues connecting an Xbox

My lads Xbox was working fine on the WiFi network and dropped off for some reason. Reset router and Xbox with no luck, thinking it's my WiFi I managed to connect it to a neighbours network and it worked fine! What's wrong or what do I need to do to get the Xbox back on my WiFi? Save me a headache from a grumpy teen!🙄cheers.

@Faz13 Do other devices connect properly if so its an issue with the xbox first reboot the unit as the network connection msy have become corrupted.

@Chrisee  thanks no problem with other devices and took the Xbox to a friends house to try it and it connected to the WiFi straight away???🤷‍♂️
