Hi I have done everything on my online app but my WiFi is still not working properly

Since my new subscription my WiFi is not working it's was fine before this now I can't watch anything on this it's saying it's fine and it's not

@Catherine1969 the sevice checker takes quiteca while to pick up a line drop. Check the hub's lights (see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start) to see if it has list the connection if it has run the service checker if that shows Sky are aware of an issue if they aren't call them and report it.
