I have been speaking to 5 different people at sky they said need more info and wld try and send me router..that I still have not received is there any way I can't get this fixed as every time I ring customer service there is someone to get back to me and no one..and paying with no wifi next it did state you received router back bill is next week so no 3 mths Thanks
