Hi I have been experiencing extremely poor internet and broadband speed . I have turn the WiFi off

Hi I have been experiencing extremely poor internet/ WiFi broadband for months 

I can't get through to any human to talk to about it 

I have to use my mobile data on my phone when I do I get 5g 

when I use my shocking internet I get 1 bar 4g 

can't get through to anyone the automated sky is so annoying

@Philipcodlin your post is not easy to understand but I am escalating it to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted.
