Hi! I do not have wi-fi for the last 3 days.

We do not have Internet for the last 4 days. It is really pro nematic for my family as they have school homework to. We tried to reset it but it did not work. Could you fix it for us please?

@48164  No one here can fix it for you as we are all customers.  have you reported it to Sky in the 3 days it's been down?

 

First thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:

https://www.sky.com/servicechecker

If there isn't try running the line test here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
