I am trying to find out if I can get a block on my broadband after 10pm at night, as have a 13yr old who is using it through the night. I don't want to have to keep disconnecting the box every night. Surely there is some way to switch it off. I have looked at parent controls but can't find a way to turn it off. Thank you

Note that any references you find online to a Sky product called 'Broadband Buddy' for Parental Controls on black Sky Hubs are now obsolete: that service closed down a while ago.
The white Max Hub plus the WiFi Max subscription supplement is the current solution from Sky.
