How to install Wifi Max on to our laptops etc.

WiFi Max doesn't 'install' on devices.

Do you mean you want to get those items connected to the wireless signal?

We wanted to subscribe to Broadband Security with Sky but thought Wifi Max was the secuirty.  Can't seem to find any clues and at age 73 Sky system is hard to understand

There isn't any downloadable security software on offer.

Sky claims that the WiFi Max product has upstream and Hub-level security filtering of some kind, but is extremely non-specific about this.

The press release back in 2023 said:

WiFi Max offers advanced security, protecting every device connected to the network. From smart doorbells and cameras to your personal laptops and mobiles, everything is protected by the latest in artificial intelligence to detect and block threats. All connected devices are monitored in real time to alert customers to security threats as they happen via the MySky App. This is the UK’s most advanced network security from a major broadband provider.

Should I then have another box for this attached to my router

No, there isn't any hardware security device.

would I be best without the Wifi Max (as we are not big gamers) and get secuirty for my laptop elsewhere?
