Help my laptop says not connected but it is except for microsoft

So odd. my laptop says not conncted to wifi. However I can stream tv, read emails etc but can't get onto microsoft 

any suggestions?

@Chris680 logically if any internet applications work it is networked. You can check by going into the network settings on the mmachine. Not certain what you mean by "microsoft" but if it is MS online office the error is down to the fact the application cannot see the remote server. It is unlikely this is anything to do with your broadband link as such but a configuration issue which MS help desk are the people to help resolve that.
