I would like to discuss my products and have tried calling, either i get cut off or the hold is way to long. I would like to get help from a person on the chat facility and not a bot. How can i do this?

Dial 150 on your landline, when asked the nature of the call say " Technical ", you might be asked for a mobile number, give this, but DO NOT hang up, this then should get you dropped into the queue to speak to an advisor.
Lines are less busy in the early morning or later on at night after 8pm.

zero three three three seven five nine one zero one eight from any other phone

Remove all the full stops
When asked is this about sky mobile say no
When asked do you want to receive an sms say no
When asked do you want to hang and follow the link say no
When asked about the nature of your call say a short sentence that describes the issue ie "discuss my products"
