Help - connecting EE Smart Discs to Sky router SR203

has any one had any luck connecting EE Smart Discs WE410443-OT to Sky Router SR203?

It should be simple from my understanding but the disks either just keep flashing blue trying to connect to WPS or go red.

I have tried connecting them via ethernet to the router as well as via WPS and get the same result.

I have tried pressing the factory reset on the disks too.

We have just moved to Sky from EE and was under the impression the EE white Smart disks would work with the Sky router.

Any guidance would be helpful, currently struggling to get Wifi to my wireless cameras!

@FionaMuir-Howie I suspect that the discs are only compatible with the EE router. Sky offer a similar set up called Wifi Max which costs £7.50 a month which gets a Wifi 6 capable router and up to 3 extender pods. A standard third party Wifi access point would also work assuming you manage any possible interference issues. These need not be expensive .
