Hiyah am just wondering what's happening with my sky Broadband? As I got a letter to my house about moving in but it said transferring the broadband or something I've never been with sky before

Just to confirm, you have never been with Sky broadband, nor do you have Sky broadband or have ordered it but you've had a letter from Sky?
