They are putting full fibre cables in to the house & apparently the joint in the box in the ground is old. The connection engineer isn't due until 11th November! Meanwhile the Sky Broadband & WiFi checker is saying it's all fab. It's a lie! Help! What can I do?

Fibre has been connected. I have no fibre router & old WiFi now isn't working

Only use numbers starting 03 to avoid the rip off re-direct services or use a Sky Talk or Sky mobile dial 150..

Thank you @Chrisee I did that and am currently awaiting an appointment from an Openreach/BT engineer qualified to fix problems. Important for me as I am housebound. They will fix the old copper connection whilst I wait for the full fibre engineer. It should be within 48hrs, so fingers crossed! Thanks again.
