Can anyone tell me who i can go to about my broadband?

We cannot have fiber saying we're out of reach YET my neighbor 3doors down has it?it just does not make sense.

@Currlikazza No that does nothing but subscribe to the new sky Max hub and the addon package, with what you have currently. Do you know if you are in a OR Openreach fibre or a CF CityFibre area, or even the choice off both that sky will not allow to happen no matter what!

With your answer should be able to direct for the correct checker, sky just cannot or will not allow you the upgrade currently if that is all it returns to you as Max addon! When i run it offers me FF900 which is the step up from my FF500 Package!

I went on openreach and they informed me that they will be building full fiber next year...its not for myself its for my son he's always saying its too slow.

Well that's where im confused? My neighbour has full fiber?? Im really not good at even typing maybe I will just have to wait.an the link just stated I can upgrade to that max package for 4.??

@Currlikazza Your neighbour has Full Fibre, you may have some Altnet running right past your door, with sky you have the choice of either OR / CF no one else.

The alnet's will gladly give you fibre, you just have to find out who they are, sign up to them, then pay the penalty that sky look for if any early termination due if that is relevant! It's how it all works, and do consider other factors such as Landline phone, TV if in use!
