Hello my internet is down sky states there is no problem but my router cant access any internet

Hello sky says no problems on my area but router cannot access internet. All cables checked resets done and switch on and off too !!

@Jones8686 the result the test gives when you first open it is from the last routine test you need to click to run it again to get the current position. However unless it then tells you Sky are aware of an issue you nedd to call Skybto report the fault.

I'm experiencing the same issue - is this an issue with Sky as a provider rather than my internet in the house?
