Hello sky says no problems on my area but router cannot access internet. All cables checked resets done and switch on and off too !!

Find out more@Jones8686 the result the test gives when you first open it is from the last routine test you need to click to run it again to get the current position. However unless it then tells you Sky are aware of an issue you nedd to call Skybto report the fault.
