Hello, how can I book an appointment to connect cables online to my home because the previous appoin

Hello, how can I contact the technical engineers to install cables to the house because the previous appointment was failed by the engineers and I need a new appointment and it was not successful?

Putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker should indicate which provisioning type is applicable.
