Hello everyone, how to increase the speed of the Internet?
I can't figure it out, they talked on the phone for 15 minutes about nothing, I talked to the operator three times and they didn't help me, just a bunch of questions about updating data.
I'm considering changing the provider because of this if I can't increase the speed.
The sites don't work well, there are no logical sections, the Sky site is constantly crashing.
Terrible service.

If it's in the UK, putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker should indicate which broadband provisioning types are available.

It's the table and the two text lines below it which are most useful.
Remove any personal information (such as the address itself) if you post an image.

Thank you, but I don't fully understand the content of this table. I already use Now TV services and want to increase my tariff plan. But I don't know how to do it online. The operator is not helping.

What are the two lines of text below the table?
NowTV is subscription television, as the name suggests. Are you using Sky or Now broadband?

When changing the tariff, an error occurs 😞

OK, so FTTP ('Ultrafast') isn't available from any Openreach ISP, but you should be getting good FTTC ('Superfast') at up to 80Mbs

I currently have this speed and I have 70 MB for downloading and 20 for uploading, so I can't get more?

Not from Sky or any similar ISP until Openreach brings optical infrastructure within reach of your address.
Virgin Media or another altnet full fibre ISP might be able to provide service, but that won't show on the BT Wholesale lookup.

As a user, do I have to pay extra for fiber?
Thank you very much for your help 🙂

Typically installation is free (costs are covered by Openreach as part of the national network upgrade to optical fibre) but the ISP may charge more depending on which speed tier you choose.
